Qualification
For Classes 1 – 5 (Paper – I) PUC/Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and successful completion or current enrollment in the final year of either a 2-year D.El.Ed program (under any title), a 4th-year B.El.Ed program, a 2-year D.Ed program in Special Education, or a BA/B.Sc with at least 50% marks and successful completion or current enrollment in the final year of a 2-year D.Ed program (under any title).
For Classes 6 – 8 (Paper – II): A BA/B.Sc with a minimum of 50% marks and successful completion or current enrollment in the final year of a 2-year D.El.Ed program (regardless of its name) OR a 2-year B.Ed program OR a 4-year B.El.Ed program OR a final year B.Ed program in Special Education OR PUC/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and successful completion or current enrollment in the final year of a 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed program.
